I'd first like to thank Dubi and his crew for putting out some damn fine landrace based genetics. Thier knowledge of are beloved plant and a collection of high quality, land of origin strains gives them the ability to give to us, the grower, some of the finest strain selections Mother Nature has to offer. Thanks BUD buddies in that lovely land.

Bangi Haze is now in my top 5 favorite highs. There's a nice warmth that washes over you just before the strong euphoric 'up-ness' kicks in. It's an awesome feeling. yahoo.gif

The smell of the dried buds is complex, to say the least. It's a church incense, onion garlic, haze aroma having a very wicked stinging sensation to the nasals. This softens and smooths out losing some of the garlic onion portion of the aroma. The stining wickedness is still very much present when the buds are chopped up. The flavor is very much the same as the smell. It's a very exotic and unique experience.

She grows very managably for indoor application. She's grown in soil. I start her at 9". She finishes 33" with medium spaced nodes. She's not the biggest yielder but that's not what I'm looking for anyway. Quality Over Quanity. Period. And this lady has some serious quality.

The second flowering cycle of her proved her to only have improved with the passage of a few more months in veg. This allowed for the sativa and haze genetics in her to mature and become even more pronounced.
I'll be testing her outdoors this year at about 45 deg N. The Sun exposure and the added months of veg growth should prove her to be even better to me than she's already been. guitar.gif
I'd recommend her to beginers and experienced growers alike.

Peace and compassion

Hi WBBreeder,
the Banghi Haze sounds really special.Has this been bred from original landrace strains?

Edit:Though obviously not the Haze part of her and is true original Haze available for use in breeding?

WWB, thank you very much to take the time to write and share your experiences with us! yinyang.gif

After some grows of the same clones you can get a better idea of how can express the genetics. We are very happy that you are saving Bangi Haze for future grows wink1.gif

Bangui Haze was a complex hybrid: Congolese female X ( Nepalese/SHH male) and then inbred for several generations. It's the strain we have worked more from our catalogue. The Bangui Haze we have been selling with very good results are a F4 inbred line. We have the F6 generation ready. We like to keep working to fix and improve our lines each year.

guitar.gif Sounds very nice indeed - and they stay pretty small. May have to stock up on some seeds...
Joolz
i have to agree with WBBreeder in his smoke report
he's described her down to T yinyang.gif

the initial breeder pics made us get some test grown and i have to say although i didn't have the pleasure of watching the grow , i did get the pleasure of a taster of the finished product yinyang.gif

Looks and sounds positively yumptious!
Shall have to save the pennies, there's no getting away from it.
el cogollero
nice report wbb and joolz, that bud looks lovely. How many did you grow wbb?
WBBreeder
Wow! It's so nice to see so many familisar faces show up and I'm always happy to meet new folks. smoke.gif
I'm going to try to take some shots later today. I've got a 10" tall beauty in a 2gal vegging to be flowered outdoors. She'll be put into a 25gal pot next month. I should get a nice pile of these nuggies come harvest. guitar.gif
el cogollero, I only started 3 seeds so far, 1 male, 1 male-hermaphrodite and 1 female. I'll be strating the rest of the the beans this fall for selection to make more pure Bangi Haze and crosses. yahoo.gif

I've also made Bangi Haze X Taskenti cross. This F1 get cracked in the fall. It should be a high yielding bush with a devastating high. yahoo.gif And a WICKED flavor (hopefully). Gotta grow to know.

yes i agree that looks absoltely and positively amazing huh.gif
WBBreeder
Parfait, I just used a 400 watter Nothing special. You do get much better yields from a larger light with a sati bud the high is always 'there'. yahoo.gif They won't put out the nugges anything like an indi-dom will under the same light but I'm in this for high that make's me 'feel good' not burnt and tired after 2 doobs. I hope that helped some.

mos, I just smoked a bowl (5-6 hits) of Bangi Haze that had to come down early (2 wks) due to overwatering and browning/dying. It's been drying for 3 days with no cure. I have a wonderful 'up' glow that seems to pulsing through my whole body. No better word for it than euphoria that I know. Yes, a positively amazing strain, mos. smoke.gif

After checking out some of the blurb on some of the ACE genetics I had a quick look around for reports on the forums - found this for Banghi Haze.

I've fallen in love, I will be growing this soon. I hope they'll do well in an enviro/scrog setup. The only problem now is I need to move house and build my grow area. Its so hard not buying the seeds now, so I can stare avidly at them, and sleep with them close by. I would get them, except I don't fancy storing cannabis seeds in a shared fridge/freezer!

Would 2 months max in a drawer reduce their viability would you think?

Im going to go be excited and impatient in the sun for a bit! smoke.gif
Golden Green
Just to add my 2ps worth smoke.gif

In terms of grow I haven't had many problems with her. The first 5 seeds didn't germ but that may have down to me unsure.gif they also seemed slow off the pace compared to Pot of Gold.

However, after that they seemed to settle down and I didn't incounter any other problems. They finished off at about 9 weeks and they grew reasonably tall with the branches quite stretchy.

Now the good bit 13.gif the first few tokes are a soring high, a bit like taking off in a plane. Yet a few moments later your flight flattens out into a smooth, cerebal high. Taste is nice and is getting a nicer by the cure each day.

Oh, and she clones fine aswell!

Top stuff ACE seeds, I will be getting more of your seeds in the future thumbsup.gif

Bangi Haze is a very nice experience. I have a grow diary somewheres.

I would agree about the soaring/flushing high that I experienced. Very nice and why I grew her.

ACE do a fantastic job and are top of my breeders list on the genetics they are working with.

Pure Yunnan, Dubi?

Thank you all for the positive feedback!

Im sure the breeder will apreciate your words. Bangi Haze is the strain we have worked more. The new fresh seeds are the F6 generation. It's a long term breeding which can be consider as an Inbred Line. Her powerful energetic sativa high, high flower leaf ratio and high resin content are consistent and dominant in the crosses. We are preparing the femenized version for 2007.

I hope we can solve the stock problems soon with Joolz. F6 fresh Bangi haze is available in our website and other distributors.

Embalmer, the first 5 Chinese Yunnan packets are also available in our website. wink.gif Ill upload info and descriptions soon. People interested, please contact to: info@aceseeds.org

Have a nice day! dubi
