Hi all,

my 3rd WW grow is pretty much ready for harvest. The trichs still look cloudy rather than amber, but a small sampler force-dried on Tuesday was "just right".

I bought 6 1/2 ltr "la parfait" jars last year. I was going to strilize them, using "milton". Does anyone here think that's a bad idea ?

Obviously I'd rinse and dry thoroughly.

I sterilise using a stronger cleaner/steriliser designed for use with homebrew equipment.

my jars smell much too nice to clean them

I must admit I don't ever steralise my jars.

ALl i ever do is run my finger along the bottom to collect any fallen trichs...then lob it in my pipe!!!

I think steralising is a good habit to get into, and like Owd said, it can't do any harm!!!

just seal them up with a little drop of whiskey in them and set them on the windowsil for a day, it'll get it good and staril, and it'll smell nice (dependin on what you use) then just let it dry, no need to wash
