Anyone had any luck with anything from mandala seeds?, i've just aquired some speed queen.
I got the speed queen cos the flowering time is similar to some ak47 im growing.
Haven't heard any verdict on the way it smokes tho, just wondering what to expect

hi all, has anyone here grown and cropped speed queen, i have just brought some SQ and was wondering if anyone had grown this strain before, and have any pictures or advice on this strain?

. but heres my take.
it grows well, but isnt amazingly strong product wise. I'd say spunk another 10er on some Nirvanas to grow alongside the SQs.
Basicly i had some of my mates SQ and Hashberry and found them to be lacking a bit in the potency part. I suppose im just used to dutch/canadian genetics, i do smoke alot, but theres a certain level of potency that i consider 'ok' and they were lacking it. I dont think there would have been too much of an issue if i had loads of it and could roll some packed joints, but i would prefere not to have to and smoke something with a bit of a kick to it like Nirvana Misty.
It may improve on curing but i dont think my assesment is unfair.

i just got some SQ id like to know how it grows!!
AFAIK, a lot of people have had very good experiences with Mandala's seeds - don't know specifically about SQ, but I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

just read ministry of munchies grow diary titled mandela seeds and the speed queen in there that they grew looks real nice!!

absolutely spot on...............easy to grow................look superb.....BUT........no real stone to either of them....
Personally I think it's a great smoke, but better after a few weeks curing. It's very vigorous, pretty easy to grow.
