I'll be growing various different strains this year
From Nirvana i shall be growing Early Special, stated as nirvana's earlyest flowering strain no other reason really but they are cheap!
From Sensi i shall be growing Ruderalis Indica, read that the ruderalis in the strain means that they will often auto flower and if not will still flower early, given the chance i'd like to try cross it with some of my other strains, possibly the TNR to give me something interesting for next year.
From West Coast Seed Co i shall be growing Donkey Dick and Mighty Mite, canadian seeds, read alot about them on OG before it died so though i'd give it a go. Also read a reply to a letter in a back issue of high times stating that if grown indoors for 1 month then turned to 12/12 lighting for 1 week, if you put them outside they will carry on flowering, taking roughly 3 months from start to finish, sounds good for our grow season!
I will also be growing TNR fro KC Brains, from what i've read it is an outdoor strain but I'm not sure how late it will finish, just got attracted to the 4m high plants really, thought it'd be fun too see!
I have also considered growing some Low Ryder aswell, already have alot on my plate but having a crop done before the end of july sounds rather tempting.
I hope to get atleast some of each of these strains out this year, will have to see what happens though

This year I will be mostly growing Matanuska Thunder F**k x Lowryder, my own third generation cross and hopefully 100% autoflowering. The F1’s were from Jointdoctor. I will also be growing a few Powerstout seeds for a comparison.
I also have a few MTF x LR F2’s that don’t autoflower (well these ones don’t seem to want to anyway) which will be planted out and left to their own devices.
All the above are for bud and I’m vegging a couple of C99 clones and a few Thai x Haze from Kaiki at CBG seeds.
For the last couple of years I’ve planted out any excess plants with little or no preparation. It seems better to plant them rather than chuck them. These back up plants have always been pretty good, the smokes nice even if the yield is about half of a cared for plant. Most often I don’t see them between planting and harvest, there’s usually only one or two from about twenty left by the end of the season but they are worth it. Does anyone else do this and had similar results?

i have some nirvana early girl on the go just cos they are cheap seeds and indica based.
but i am looking forward to seeing the results from my other seeds from the canadian Great White North Seeds Co.
i have some island bud, a sativa based plant
and also some fast manitoba which is a distant relative of sensi's early girl.
i look forward to seeing the results from all the lowryder crosses we have going on aswell as the other canadian seeds.
again, good luck all! happy summers all round with any luck.

a friend of mine has sent a few beans my way. they are northern lights xcrosed with texada timewarp
for my region I plan on sprouting them beans now, and growing them in coffee cups and then in several weeks transplanting them.
I don't know if I should leave them planted in the garden or should I use portable containers. If I plant in the garden, they may get stolen, but if i plant in pots, I can move the pots inside at night. will 3 gallon containers be big enough? i am only going to grow 5 plants.
also, anybody tried this cross before? any suggestions on ferts for this grow? thanks.
Never tried that strain, I wanted to get Reefermans timewarp x headstash but its not available anymore, the timewarp get big, good mold resistance, fat yields, sounds like a nice cross. Im growing out Hill Temple Collectives - Powerhouse ( deep chunk x c99 ) sounds killer. And Reefermans - Williams Mango ( williams wonder x bc mango ). RM has got some decent outdoor strains im surprised thats hes not mentioned more often... Happy growing... oh and im gonna try 1 res Sour Diesel ibl plant outside this season.

This year I'm trying passion #1 for the first time from seed ( just hope I get some ladies) , I'm also growing White Russian from clone, I had 2 out last year and they were huge but both turned out to be male

. I'm also trying a home hacked cross between bubblegum and super haze that I've been growing for a couple of years from clone, it did quite well outside last year but I planted it out way too late ( july) and the yields were piss poor.
8 plants in total so far, I might bung a couple more Russians out as I seem to have taken rather a few too many clones again.

al frescosince all my growing has been done under lights.
seems like a completely different proposition
oh well nothing ventured.....

i was gona get some reeferman beans but then there was the start of thr whole marc emery and overgrow stuff. The next easiest canadian genetics to get where the great white north so i plumped for them.
all the reeferman strains did have my mouth waterin tho. Have you seen the pictures of the huge nigerian madness or what ever they are called. huge trees!!! plus have you seen the episodes of trailer park boys where they film part of it from some of the reeferman outdoor feilds in the prairie lands of canada? huge ammounts of tall plants, how they get away with it boggles the mind.

i gonna do some reefermans nigerian night mare the auto flower pheno has been a pain in the ass even under 24/0

but all 36 are ready to go out this week or so dono and i have reefermans double afgan slam which also has a auto flower pheno which i couldent find with the 12 seed i had left but i am gonna do cuttings in 3 gallon pots to keep the Xmas tree looking pheno down low. I dono why reef hasent gave jools more seed this year but he had big problems with moving everything to amsterdam and is back on track but it will be fall before he has a big list again. there has also been problems with mailing and im not sure ordering seed will make it for summer growing

but the nigerian did damm good in all this scotish weather so i belive it will grow any where.
you guys have killer lists for outdorr this year hope everyone has a safe and bunny free grow season. stanky

The Passions come 2nd then. 2nd the best 'n' all that.

passion#1 comes first if you think about it, cos the only one that beats them are other strains and that's not one single strain.

Going for Biddy early again this year. Great strain for UK, strong growth and huge buds. Finishes mid to late September. Very simular strain to Warlok, strong nice tasting buds. No problems with mold.

Mostly the heap of cuttings I produced, pruning my moms.
as there are:
Ethiopian Highland
S.A.G.E - really loving the outdoor, wouldn't have thought of that
Ogerskush
and from seeds just germinating in paper cups hidden outside and threatened by hungry slugs
Mexican Sativa (freebie)
and maybe some also free Skunk # 1 if they finally decide to pop out
later on I might give some Bubba Kush a try outside (June), but I like to keep the cuttings inside as they really grow slow. Only if I'm going short of space (very likely)
Currently I have 1 + 7 + 3 + 6 cuttings outside (different locations) two munched already
8 - 7 or less seedlings one or two out of nine munched as well
I still might have 2 - 3 different locations and 9 cuttings from which I might put some outside.
If only four plants out of this whole bunch survive and do well, I have more harvest than I might be able to handle and try to tumble a large amount right away or give them bubblebags a try. Hopefully.

Some BBxNL, the exact genetics are that some guy sent me some seeds to give away to nooby growers, his seeds came from a seeded grow of nlXbb, one of the people whome i gave seeds to managed t osed their grow and gave me some back.
Im kinda assuming that as the mothers and fathers were BB as well as NL, some of the plants my newbie freidn grew will be NLxNL some will be BBXBB and some nlXBB. Second generation on its more like im growing nlxnlXnlxnl, nlxnlXnlXBB, nlxnlXbbxbb, nlxbbXnlxbb, nlxbbXbbxbb and bbxbbXbbxbb.
So ridiculously un stable genetics expected

Gently twist and bend the stems and they should strengthen. When you do put 'em out put them somewhere that is out of the wind for a few days and they should be fine. I haven't heard of your strain before so you might have trouble finishing them, but I suppose its worth a try, good luck
