"Better" - would be the blue fluro's in my humble opinion.

bren .. I have always thought it best to have a separate cloning camber ...& ..... I've found 2 x 18" blue Agro (36w) dose my cloning just fine.

Put em under your floros on 24hrs till rooted then under the enviro on 20/4 mate

And put the light high up or they'll probably just go yellow if under too much light. I only use a 20W energy saver for rooting clones.. even that seems too much sometimes.
