As per lable. smoke.gif If you have thought about using Coco A & B for both Veg and flower then think about a 2 part (A & cool.gif, 2 stage(Veg & Flower), nute. This will suite your plant stages better with the right proportion of the nute formula.

I have grown in coco for the past 4 yrs and have moved to the new improved added 'Silica' and 'Fluvic Acid' in the COGr range. While this is specifically designed for the 'Coco bircks'. I have used it in the Coco fiber.

Coco nutrients are "buffered" nutes ... My tap water is PH=7.4 but when I make a mix up the nutrients 'resets' (buffer's) the mix to PH = 5.8.

This week I have moved to using the COGr - Veg, whereas I have always used the COGr - Flores when in 12/12 & Coco A & B for my veging stage.

Yes use PK13/14 in the last 3 weeks of flower and before harvest.

PK is given on top of your nutrients. In this case you say Coco A & B.

However, to do your grow justice, I personally would swap nutrients to COGr - Flores (see info below), or Coco Flores. both are 2 part (A & cool.gif stage specific nutrients.

How have you been monitoring PH. I am guessing by the doseage on the bottle only. That's cool while you growing adault plants as your 'Coco A & B' is self adjusting (buffered) for PH. So is COGr - Flores, but with added benifits :

CANNA COGr

Nutrient solution and medium for growing in unbuffered coco substrate, including all products required for growing in the COGr medium. This medium is environmentally friendly and is suitable to be used several times. Different fertilisers have been developed to meet the specific needs of the various phases of the growth process.

Lable Info is :

Doseage - by graph EC of 2.0 corresponds to 6ml per lt of water. I know that some people report this is slightly over doing it and may need less but I have an EC meter (Truncheon) & PH meter to aid me especially when dealing with seedlings, young plants, or those in need of TLC. smoke.gif

Nute info : smoke.gif

N(NH4) .......... 0,0%
N(NO3) .......... 3,4%
P205 ......... 2,7%
K20 .......... 5,9%
CaO ......... 3,5%
MgO ........... 1,5%
SO3 ........... 3,0%
B ........... 0,007%
Cu ........... 0,001%
Fe ........... 0,028%
Mn ........... 0,014%
Mo ........... 0,002%
Zn ........... 0,007%
Si ........... 0,35%
[b]Fluvic acid ..... 0,13%
Humic acid ..... 0,13%[b]

I have grown many rounds in Coco as opposed to Slabs. Many of the nutrients provided by Canna are 'interchangeable' providing your using the correct stage product (Veg, Flores, root/cuttomg of a plant plant.

I was wondering if this was the right product line in nutes (COGr FLORES A & B and if I should use for my grow in Coco Chior, or if it is for 'Slabs in NFT style hydro system only? - [b]This I have proven to myself.[b]

If you want a URL PM me.

In summary - use PK 13/14 ib top of you 'flowering nutes'. You won't get the results your expecting if you don't consider a nute specific to your medium and yout plants stage.

Good luck with venturing further into the flowering zone. yahoo.gif

i was using ionic coco grow for a while, changed to hydrotops for coco, a+b for veg and a+b for flower, have now concluded that whilst i was happy with the ionic results for a while its shite compared to hydrotops, which im told they have now stopped making nea.gif
dont use pk or anything else, get 500gpm2 under a 600, im happy yahoo.gif

G day NitramKram and new friends.,

Very good info
Ive been using coco with cannas coco nute, in aus where i think its made we only have a one part coco nute.
Im also a fan of silica (budlink) also locally made.

I use abit of PK i start in week 5 to 6 as per directions, in following week i use no nutes just budlink and pk to 2.8ec roughly 3 to 4 ml per litre only for 5 days followed by fluse.

In my last groww i used pk from week 3 will largest yeild 54 oz off 2 600wt buds where huge but lacked in odor over previouse grow where i followed direction and a bit.

PK is strong so you have to ease the plants into it no good hitting them hard it just burns bud leaves.

First pic week 4/5 two weeks after early PK . Recently ive started to use the Trace mix as i use RO water that removes every thing from hard water.
Any experience in trace mix on bottle it says to be carefull of overdose how much do you use anybody

Second pic is early PK with budlink vs directions with pk + budlink same strain

Third pic is Higen nutes with there budlink no PGRs no additives its abit fluffy but as strong same strain Bigbud.
