We bought 11 Afghani x Hindu Kush seeds from the High Quality SeedCo. 7 out of the 11 germinated after about a week. Out of those 7, only 5 became seedlings, and only 3 of those have shown normal growth. The other 2 barely broke the surface and haven't even shed their seed cases.
They've been potted a week now and three of them are about 4 - 5 cm tall and look healthy. They were germinated in wet cotton wool 'till they had about a cm tap root and then potted in 3/4 compost 1/4 Pearlite. We've subsequently heard a few iffy things about the standard of High Quality Seeds wares and were wondering if anyone else has had problems with them. It's possible that we fucked up somewhere along the line, but they were treated well really.
