Just summink i knocked up at work 2day. Im on light duties for 2 weeks(operation on burst eardrum)so i thought why not build a lil summink summink that ive been needing for a long time now. guitar.gif

I knocked my mother & clone room down to give myself a 3x1.5m flowering room. She now sleeps in the bedroom with me & this project is gonna be for her lil girls. I just took about 40 cuts not cos i wanted to but becauce like a twat i knocked off a vital part at the bottom of the tubing in the waterfarm & couldnt get to it cos of the rootball pooh.gif . So it was take the cuts or lose the mother. U know what happens next. whistling.gif

Do u see the third pic the bits of wood now all nice & white.Magic. I dont even need to fix the bits of wood cos they fit so snug with black & white overlapping the edge. Quality workmanship i put that down to. Or just avin to much time on my hands. whistling.gif

I cut the trays into 3 x 5 rows of cubes for ease of use when watering. I have a lunchbox that is i lil bit bigger than these trays so i just fill up about 1/2 -3/4" from the bottom & pop the trays in for a lil bit. Doddle. rofl.gif

you really do have too much time on your hands lol.gif

i'm gonna put my oney on the heated prop (this time of year)

if yu happen to do the same experimen in july, then i would be switching my bet wink1.gif

not a propagator kind of guy, i've got 2 pinch.gif but i do better without them tbh.

best of luck with it bud

nice veg box, really nice, makes my converted chest of drawers look amateur whistling.gif (but it still looks like a chest of drawers)

Yeah but with the 1000w in the other room upstairs is quite warm. rofl.gif I know it shouldnt be but its not a box its a room & i just boarded up the window with a 200mm hole in it & stuck the ducting through it. Where theres gaps around the hole it looks like i got an eclipse goin on in my bedroom window. Bait as fuck m8. Im askin for the rozzers to come round i tell ya. Gettin sorted in about a week though so just gotta cover up the smell now. pooh.gif

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, DIY rocks. That looks like a really good bit of kit fella. I'm with the man, heated prop this time of year. I've always used straight cutting and seeding compost and got great results in a heated prop. I like the mud though!

Yeah that black ally tubing you cant beat m8. The only place you'll see that stuff is in a well known pet store with an @ symbol in the midddle of their name. Oh yeah & in my growroom of course. There may be cheaper versions available, I should imagine this is what them Grow Tent thingy's are made from. The tube is 25mm O/D & 23mm I/D so theres a 2mm wall & the blocks are 24mm so when you bash it in( and it takes some bashin) it shaves 1mm off the block so its in there tighter than the OJ glove. yahoo.gif Not good when ya wanna flat pack it again but once youve done it a couple of times it slides in & out relatively easy. wink1.gif

Oh yeah took a peek at my newborns when i got up & they be lookin ok. No wilting what so ever so far. Blatantly down to the Gel 4 Plugs cos i aint never had it with any other medium apart from aeroponics which is obviously mediumless of course so it dont count.
