FOr years I have been purchasing smoke from various dodgy guys who almost always undercut. Im fed up with it and have wanted todo my own for years!

I was in this shop the other day and bought a full kit comprising of 600 watt HPS and ebb & flow system.

I intend to plant 3-4 plants. is a 600 watt HPS to much and should i now buy the 250 watt HPS to save on electricity bills?

Also i really need some help. i have germinated the seeds in the small rock. i will do this then wait until it sprouts then place into a larger rock and place in the ebb & flow system. how much light is needed? how high should it be? and how much nutrients need to go in.
