Hello folks I like a few others had the good fortune to be sent a pack of cannabiogen seeds to do a test grow

First of all I would like to say thanks for being given the opportunity to sample these new strains

Ayup Owd,good luck with yer grow mate and, erm if ya need any advice

6 seeds were put into some kitchen roll on the 17th and then put in a plastic sealed bag and just put on a shelf in the living room

And 48 hrs later 5 had split and one has split but not put a shoot out yet so it may not germ

Who says germing is a prob

Good luck owd , things usally go swimmingly well so i doubt you'll need it

now for the action to uncover

B+Q sowing and potting compost with a sprinkling of Soil Secrets Bio-micro is the medium just watered in with plain water

And a pic of them in their small seed trays with some other friends

Right thats it for now but i dont think it'll be long before they pop their little heads out

And a big thanks for the good wishes folks

It will be nice to sample some different bud although that is a long way off yet,the main thing is to hopefully find a nice keeper and report back to base

A surprise really as the one i didnt think would germ has, so its 6 out of 6 up to yet

They are under 80w of cool whites in a 2ft square space so plenty of light

Been potted up into 3" pots today in Westlands MP with JI and a sprinkle of Bio Micro

First time with this compost but from what ive read on here its one of the best going

Still got the wide fingered leaves and looks very indica-ish to say its supposed contain quite a bit of sativa

just a quick 1.....is the westlands you use comparable with jab multi purpose?..i know there both marked in red on the compo trials but dont really know much about compos..
ive gone with the jab and it seems ok.

somehow i think after that compo trials chart was released biobizz and all the other top price soil/compo companys will be losing business.

like i think raz said somewhere i read.....he bought biobizz once...and his wallet never recovered!

I'm a hydroman but always get my young uns ready in compost.With the method I use i can get away with this

I like the idea of not having to feed em till they are ready to go into my system

I used it cos of the results and what Raz and a few others said.All I can tell you is I put the little uns in early and they have been fine.I thought it might be a bit rich but no,they seem fine

I have used Levingtons mp and didnt rate that too much,so its better than levo's

They may have wide fingers, but they are a lovely shade of green.

Nice looking ones. Although broader leaves at the beginning due its quick Lesotho influence, they tend to stretch a little during flowering as mom selected does.

Let's see how they do.

Update at 32days

One or two gnats about hence the sticky's on the pots

Must have come out the compost the little bastards,which is suprising cos when i bought it the bag was like a block of ice.I had to leave it near a rad when i first got it and even after that the compost was freezing and i had to water it with warm water

Never mind let battle commence

Well what can I say,just been up to check my babies and I can see two showing already

32 days and the first 2 to show look like one of each,the quickest Ive ever had em show

Just give it 2 more days to be absolutely sure and It'll be potted up into seramis and put in with my ladies in the main room,couple of cuts while it is vegging and away we go.....Perfect timimg

Just a look at the lady in the room after 4 days

None of the other five have shown yet but I reckon theres one deffo male up to now

Makes you wonder if the first to show will be a quicker flowerer

Iv`e thought about that in ther past too m8 but i think it was Ute that told me the flowering speed trait comes from the male side, is is not something like `around 17 days to dump its pollen` indicates a fast male pheno?

Good news is another female confirmed today and potted up into a 4ltr pot in pure seramis.This is Leshaze2 which was my favourite plant so glad its a girl.Really compact she is with a really good structure

Managed to get two cuts off each today as the two lowest branches were big enough

All four cuts are in a 3" pot with B+Q s+p with soil secrets biomicro added,watered in with maxicrop

And here they are in their new home
