two days after i put 22 beans in peat pellets, the 6 KC39s have all sprouted, cotyloydons and all.
theres even the beginings of serrated leaves there too guitar.gif
all the others are ok too guitar.gif guitar.gif
most have cracked surface.

what i want to know is,
how long do i leave them in there, ie, when should i put them in pots?
how often do they need watering whilst in prop?
and finally, can I put them straight into allmix?

sorry for all the q's but its drivin me mad only havin a vagueish idea of how carry on with these pellets.
been well impressed with them so far though wink.gif
cheers all yinyang.gif

if they are in propagators i would start getting some air in there and once the roots begin to come out of your pellets start removing the lids and start hardening off
as more roots begin to e outside of the pellet its time to transplant to pots
watering in the prop can be achieved by frequent misting or little and often with the help of a syringeor turkey baster....just make sure you do not over water them
allmix will be fine but be gentle with them and do not overfertilise or over water
good luck

Yeah, take em out of the prop altogether.Seedlings want plenty of air as not to rot their tiny stems.Leaving em in a prop will not do em any good wink.gif

Get a fan gently blowing across them just to help their stem become more sturdy wink.gif

my mates dad taught him the fan trick unsure.gif
out of the 30 i started, 27 survived, all the white russians and all the kc39s lived but 2 kc nls did not germ and 1 sprouted and promptly keeled over and died.
hope they were males.

MH should not be run continuously! 1. it shortens lamp life. 2. light output will be down dramatically after 24 hrs, at least 1 hr rest every 24 hrs is needed.

Finally under high intensity light maximum growth with cannabis is reached with a 4 hr dark period every 24 hrs, ie veg at 20/4.
