Hello to everone in the forum, here's a little about me! I live in the North West area of Manchester and have been smoking weed for 20 years. I'm 40 years old and do not have a cough ! I found this website via a link in google search engine when I was looking for information on growning. Yes growing, I have never tried to grow before and to be honest with you, until now, I have never even thought about it. (Must be old age setting in)

I dont have much space, so my only alternative is to use a section of our attic to carry out operations. As many of you will understand, living in the same house for 20 years, one gathers quite a lot of rubbish, which in my case always seems to end up in the loft. (Its Bulging at the seems) Yesterday I spent most of the day shunting stuff around so I could get to the area which I intend to use. I will post some pics of my work area soon just to show you! (Thats as soon as I have sussed out how to upload the file. (I seen the 'insert image' icon but when I entered the url it never worked. (Would I have to upload them to a website to show you???)

Any way its been nice chatting to ya and I hope to learn loads from the wealth of information within the uk420 web forum, as well making new friends!

Thanks for the welcome friends, I look forward to asking for your advise, I was planning on buying 1 pkt of 15 seeds (Not to sure which ones) and just bring on the ones which are female. Due to the fact I have never tried this before I antisipate perhaps 10 females out of the 15 seeds, thats just a wild guess! I plan to use hydroponics as I would think carrying water up and down the attic ladder would indeed cause some kind of repetative strain injury in months or years to come.

Don't even ask me what lights I need to use, cause I anit got a blinking clue at the mo! I have called to a well known warehouse today to price up some kind of thermal pads. I can use these and insert them in the rafters up and down the apex, I presume as the materal is reflective it will increase my chances of not being spotted by a low flying police helicoptor (I'm not Paronid... who said that)

As I said, I have lots of work to carry out before I actually start to grow, work like New Consumer unit, variouse plug sockets etc. Due to the fact that its an attic grow, I need to pay particular attention to the electrical safety side of things... Can't be to careful. Once this has been carried out I can the proceed to lay the floor, there is already some boards which have been nailed down which again I will show you once I sussed the 'insert image senario'

Owderb! I havnt got a clue what your on about when you said check the 'browse button its at the bottom' When I click the add image icon a pop up box comes up and ask me to enter ful url, I dont see any browse button. Maybe its there when I enter as new topic, I dont know! Please advise.
