Can you talk about measurements on this site, as in, how much and eight weighs in lets say kg's

Errr, for what its worth, a Henry is (approximately) 0.00354369kg.

I can only assume you're doing a bit of baking or something.

ShadyDaves recipe for bread rolls:

700g Bread Flour
15ml of oil. (Olive / Vegetable / Or your own special oil )
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 sachet of fast acting dried yeast
about 400 ml of hand warm water

Mix it all up, knead it for 10 mins, make it into about 8 flat circles, leave to rise for an hour, bake in oven at 200C for 17 minutes.

Simple, but superb just out of the oven with a little bit of butter.

Aye, 1/8 of an ounce is appx 3.5 grams.
