Need some info on lamps….I have a Sylvania Son-T Grolux 400w. But are unsure how long or how many grows you get out of one. When should I think about changing it?

I would say that mine has had 8 months use or 3 grows at 12/12 hrs.

glad you asked that thumbs , i was thinking the same the other day ,same 400w sylvania grolux , im halfway through 4th grow with it & wonderd when i should replace mine ? unsure.gif
