I have grown it the tropics outdoors and the Satvias do love the very hot days.
I know people who have grow in the 'Gulf of Carpenterria' NT, AUS. It gets up to 40 in some inland places.
I know that satvias are an "equatorial strain" & would be ideal to grow outdoor in 40 degree heat
I know I haven't grown that strain (Sagarmatha Western Winds) buy dont see why you can't grow it in a hostile heat enviromnment.

An almost pure Sativa with a soaring cerebral high. A favourite amongst Rastas who wish to have a high energy buzz. Fantastic for conversation or romance with its relaxing and invigorating qualities. She has a unique Oriental aroma and spiritual high. Whether smoked in the morning or everning, the experience is always rewarding and pleasurable.
"Almost" is not a "pure satvia" though - sounds a it iffy

NK.
Less than 1 meter would be a rarity for a pure stavia...........I'd be looking at a "pure"to be 6 - 7 foot or just under 2 m
