What strain are you growing?
that box looks quite small too if thats as high as you can put it then they are gonna get burned

dan mate you will get probs with 3 comp fans and a 400whps!
i dont even wanna say yeh mate that,ll tide you over....you gotta get decent extraction(td 160 minimum...bout 50 boys...quite cheap!)
that kind of set up could cause a fire...that room will fry.
i had a 400w in a bigger space....td160 just about stood it on its own....with a carbon filter....no way.
ditched the hps....got enviros....know its less yield...but i got peace of mind when i go sleep it wont be me last 40 winks...
with a 400hps and 3 comp fans in that space....set your alarm every 15mins to go check it!
..........and sleep with 1 eye open.......!

the box is 4 foot in all directions
and growing mazar and a blueberry cutting
im starting to worry about the temp myself the plants seem to be ok with it at the time but im gonna have to get me some better fans.

yeah i have been looking at extraction for the past few days but trying to find some were thats "cheapish" or "in my price range" is turning out to be harder than i thought money is tight right now i have got a better chance of finding rocking horse
right now.......but saying that the space has been holding its temp ok theres a good flow of air keeping them at 26oc but it does have its times when it rockets up.looks like i might have to wait abit longer for some cash
the worst thing is the shop were i got the light from the guy told me that my grow space was a good size i was gonna use a 600w.....................i may have to give him a call.
4' high isn't really that bad then, a 400w will get pretty darn hot tho.. use bouff's advice and invest in a more powerful fan.. you could still use your pc fans for intake maybe a td160 like he said for outake..

yeah i have been looking on the net for some budget fans best price i can find is around 50 to 60 quid for a RVK fan i might have to do some saving
can i go that long without having a beer???? i will pm you soon cheers for the advice
