Hi all, this is my first post, I need to grow 2/3 plants quickly so looked at a popular uk hydro shop for a complete kit. Never done this before and am currently speed researching with some difficulty (to many variations for a beginner).

Is this everything I need (below)?, from what I understand I germinate the seeds (currently doing that), plant them in the Rockwool cubes.

Questions:
1. do i wait till roots show through bottom before running the system?
2. Is the Rockwool cubes then placed on top or in amongst the clay pebbles.
3. If anyone knows about the Gro-Flo 500 System, does it run continously.
