last time i was in the dam i bought a bag of stella blue from barneys coffee shop. i found a seed in the bud and decided to germinate it when i got home. it has germinated succesfully and seems to be growing nicely. only problem is, i have read stella blue is a clone only strain. so how can there be seeds in the bud??

Yes its possible. If a plant pollinates itself then the seeds will be female.
But they will have all the hermie traits aswell.

not knowlageable on this, but out of interest, if the female doesnt turn out hermie, would clones be the same if they werent stressed?
then, could you pollenate them from another plant to get a selection of seeds, then cross back the ones that are closest to the original stella blue?

yes you can how do you think big budda has made seeds from cheese. That only existed as a clone from a skunk no1 plant. He crossed it with a non dominant indica then back to the mother so on and so on till he had seeds that resembeld the original cheese ( at least in his opinion)
