Plus youget to use the rest of that space again

if i rememebr correctly mylar 98% reflcetive total block white/black/white sheeting 95% reflective so its marginal me personally would go for white/black/white as its total block mylar isnt total block and it would leech light through it or does mylar now come in total block form ? unsure

by lessening the grow room your making better use of the lumms you have

Ay up SET.Av you thought about venitian blinds.If it does get too hot you can regulate easily by opening the vents.I know a few peeps who grow like this and they reckon its a breeze.Hot weather cummin and all that

they make a smaller enclosure inside the bigger rooms like yours with venitians and regulate accordingly
They also say you can direct your light reflection a little also
