Hello everyone,
The Dogg's back with a re-build of my growroom, which will hopefully allow me to do another grow and of coarse grow diary too.

For those of you who don't know my situation I shall just explain quickly.

In the middle of my first successfull grow I was supposed to be moving, so flowered my plants for 8 weeks, chopped them down to dry. Then pulled my growroom down, got the extractor fan from my loft. Filled the hole in the ceiling where the ducting was coming through and basically turned my growroom back into the cupboard it was before I got my hands on it. All because we were meant to be moving.

Well this week I have found out that our moving date will be in august sometime.

So then I thought that there is no way that I am gonna wait until then to get another grow going. Sod that!

So I have started to re-assemble the growroom again, all good fun. However this has pissed on my fire quite alot, as I had plans for my next grow which have now been put back. I had planned on growing Dutch Passion Power Plant and was gonna make myself a four pod flood and drain hydro system courtisy of Bubblegum Kids thread. Well that will happen, but just not right now.

So heres some pics, ive made a few changes from last time which i'll tell you about abit later on.

Firstly, heres the cupboard just after I have emptied the contents of it all over the bedroom. Ive taken the shelf down, you can see the wood where the shelf was. On my last grow I also had the chains for my light hanging from where the shelf was, it was abit of a waste really as I could've had a few extra feet to playwith, but I was lazy and could't be arsed. Well this time I can be, and I want the hooks to hang alot higher.

The growroom top does stop where it appears in the photo, theres more height inside.

I decided to have the hooks 7 and a half feet from the floor of my growroom. I measured it with a tape measure, marked the walls and drilled into the walls, two screws in each hook and im all set to hang the light.

Ive got a new light for this grow, I now have a 600Watt HPS with a maxi-plus reflector. I kept the same chain and hooks from last time.

More coming in a moment.

And with the growroom doors shut, and the bedroom light turned off, heres what you get. [attachmentid=38845]

I will have to make it light proof but not right now as I intend on having the lights on 24/0 whilst veggin, but it'll only be a very very short veggin time anyway. Im up against the clock remember!

For anyone who hasn't seen this before, this is how it went when I installed some extraction back in December. From making the hole in the ceiling to getting the fan up in the loft.

So now you've seen how easy it was to make the hole, Well I had to do my very best to make it look like that hole was not there after turning the growroom back into a cupboard. How did I do that? Well firstly I made sure I kept the piece of ceiling I had cut out, always a good thing. I then put a screw through the middle of the piece and screwed it to a piece of wood. Thats right, a piece of wood. I then climbed up into the loft, and placed this piece of wood across the hole, (I think you know where Im going now!) And then made the loft look as it did before I started messing around with it. I then came back down, got in the cupboard and did my best to fill the gap with polyfiller. Took a while to do it but i think i did a pretty good job.

And heres one abit closer, i thought it was pretty good.

Well, now you have seen how I bodged the hole up, I guess you have realised that I know have put extraction back up in my loft and so have to rip the hole out of the ceiling again. I havn't done this yet cos i couldn't be arsed to do it tonight. Will probably do it tomorrow but you dont need full details of that because it will be the same the photos in the link above. So I will let you know when its done anyway.

Im not going to bother with reflective sheeting this time, its all painted white in there anyway, and as I say, this is going to be a very rushed grow, probably 2 weeks veggin time max. Gonna be a push and will probably only end up will small plants but i just want to have some more homegrown again, be especially nice for when I move.

Thats all from me for now, but its nice to be posting some pics again and im sure there will be many more over the next few weeks.

All these posts have been edited to change the little i's into big I's.
