outdoors, no problem, even in our climate.

But indoors, problems in the form of airy, light, small buds. It's ok, but probably could be better.
I do the epsom thing for the roots, perlite with compost 25:1 and once week use 'pour and feed'. i suppose you get out what you put in, and i know this isn't the best set up in the world, but reality dictates. I think main problem is not enough light. i only have 3x4 ft to play with and use a 250w sodium, it'd be too hot with anything brighter. A fan's out due to noise, but they get a generous recirculating 'waft' by hand a few times a day! any tips? yinyang.gif

Get a fan and put up with the noise is my advice to you mate.

So if you were locked in a hot cupboard all day, do you think you'd be happy with a 'generous waft'?

You need a fan.

You're right. maybe it's time to fit a fan if i want to do better. i just keep putting it off for noise and 'fumes', but i guess they can both be overcome with a little ingenuity. i need something small, quiet with a carbon filter. any recommendations?

i've just seen the uk420 shop's products!

i guess a 100mm fan with 100m carbon filter should suffice my small space, just hope it's not too noisy.

Thanks, Raz, will do.

i open the door and waft it back and forth about three times a day, to let the heat out and give them new air. yinyang.gif
MS?MJ!
If you're worried about the noise get one of the Vortices from the uk420 shop, noise was a big issue for me and Webby said that was the quietest one they sold so that was the one I got (it was the cheapest as well which was a bonus wink.gif )

I've been well happy with it, with filter and ducting it's no noisier than my PC smile.gif
