Congo
[attachmentid=35838]
Two different congolese strains combined in this hybrid, an 8-10 weeks unique old Bangi crossed with a beautiful F1 male selected for it’s quick response, generous atributes, sweet aromas and short internodal distance and structure.
Three Chitral males combined with some of the best and sweet 14 weeks Congoleses#3 made the final composition of the male side in this hybrid.
Good yield, 10 weeks flowering
75% sativa – 25% indica

We are preparing the new catalogue and we have been thinking in change the name of the strain.
Now Bangi is called simply "Congo" to avoid confusion with our other congolese sativa Bangi Haze.
Genetics are the same : Bangi Congo X (Congo #3 X Chitral)
Here's ACE Congo from this season

Looks very nice.
Going by the pics. Are they an outdoor strain or do they do just as good under lights.

Good day thumbs!
Im glad you liked it! Congo was bred more for outdoor growers. If you are interested in grow congolese genetics indoors, we'd recommend you Bangi Haze. It's our congolese x nepalese inbred line to grow indoors or for colder outdoor climates. It's a fast flowering plant for almost a pure sativa, that performs great indoors producing dense and crystalinous buds of very powerful electric effect.

Here's our Congo grown indoors. It finishes after 10 weeks of flowering.
Very high yielding and powerful. Easy to grow for a 75 % congolese line.

has anyone grown this out yet?
I've just planted some seeds I got through Charlie labled Congo (masco) x congo3/chitral -- would they be the same as this Congo?

cogollero,
The Congo line you have is a slighty different combination than our commercial Congo. The mother of your cross is the strong tall and long flowering congolese while the mother of commercial Congo is the short flowering and compact Bangi. The father is the same ( Congo/ Chitral ) in both hybrids. Your cross should work very nice, finishing 2 weeks later (early November) than our 3 way Congo but showing a strong presence of the congolese ancestors. Please, keep us updated if you finally pop them!
