UK420 > where to dry?

i was going to dry in my loft but is way too cold up there and there is no way ov heating up there, i have an airing cupboard but that is too hot, any other ways of drying or any ideas ov cheap solution???? ive got 3wks approx

i got a single wardrobe,4inch filter and fan,net curtains as shelves,drys lovely!!
