How long is the maximim time i can expect to wait for new seedlings to come up through compost

They are already 2 days old and no sign yet

Depends M8. Age of seeds, variety of plant, depth in compost, heat and humidity, type of compost, etc etc, all play their part in the germing process.
I tend to find that days 3 - 5 are the sweet spot if all is well, though.
Patience my friend, patience!

I was just a bit worried because i was using ji seedling with perlit but that stuff is like sand
So i added a bit of ji no 3 i know its strong for seedlings so i was just wondering if the ji no3 i added may have done something bad 34.gif

lol.gif No M8, you'll be fine. I started my first grwo in neat JI3, from seedling. Just dropped a seed in a bucket (yup, a bucket) of JI3 and watered it to fekk and back with chempak nutes from day 1. lol.gif she was nute burned to a crisp by the end. But still produced some nice buds. Learned better ways now thanks to this place. lol.gif w00t.gif
