had a problem on day 57 OWDERB and freinds got me sorted (hermei problem)
the thing is my EC is 18C just seems abit high to me started flushing about 1 week ago with PH water 5.7ish no addatives. the trouble is the water around here is SHIT !! i get my water straight out of the tap leave for 24hrs and then check the readings. the EC is 10c and the PH is 8. so the next grow im'e going to get some custom made nutes, been to my local grow shop and they recomend Hydro tops.??
so iv'e got to send of some water samples. what do you people think about Hydro Tops being used in this hard water type. I was using Ionic H/W 4 this grow , the salt build up was driving me nuts but the plants dont look that bad considering??
my system is NFT and white widow. The Trichomes are clear to milky thats what made me think they are teady, ore shall i go another couple of days and try to get the EC down abit moore with another clean flush and risk my Trichomes going 2 amber, didn't really want the couch lock but its nice to have the choice??

yeh mate if you use hydrotops hard water you will be fine.

so flush that lot out and give it some moore fresh water. i did read in 1 of your threads that u sometimes flush with water and lemon juice !! do you think that may b ok for me as i have to wack in loads of PH down to get my EC down to the right reading. just worried about all that acid im'e gonna put back in my system. but i suppose on the other hand you've got to get it down havnt you. cheers againe OWD you have been a saviour in alot of your threads keep em going the world needs you >

Yeh go ahead and ph it with lemon juice.It wont hurt a thing and let us now how it smokes when its ready.
If you can get some powdered citric acid from your home brew shop you can use that aswell and you dont need as much

go for the two to start with.Its alot easier,until you get used to it.
