Full Version: Can Ak47 Be Ready At 7weeks???
Just wondering if its normal for ak47 strain to be ripe early , i know it should be 9 week flower , my crop seem to be ready 16 days early , i might give them 5-7 more days but dont want to over flower, wondered if anyone else has had this happen to them
I would leave them to go the distance. Sometimes they look ready but have got time to go still. I would wait. You wont be sorry you did.
coincidentally i had some ak's about 5 years ago they were ready at 7 weeks .
i dont remember the seed bank as it was joint thing and i had 4 different strains foisted
on me in a hurry .7 weeks in nft they were all done .
they didnt make it to the next crop though not really my fav smoke .....having said that i have some serious seeds ak that will be on the go this year

I would lewve them the full 9 - they are the same pheno as mine and i went 9 and a half weks and you know what the results are like .(still chopped them when the trichs were clear so could have gone longer .
i'll drop off the microscope next week and you can check the trichs .
P.S have you checked what i told you to check - if you dont you could have problems - best to check so action can be taken .

Not long choped mine.Serious seeds.They got it @ day 56.Needed my Meds They were ready,milky trichs 40-50%brown pistols.Could have left a bit longer but Needs Must !! 
good medi smoke for pain.Got more on the go now.I will leave them a bit longer this time round & compare.Will post results !!!
At end of the day I think it's just a personal thing there is no right or wrong,just go with the flow & learn as you go.

He was a bit concerned that the top of a couple of buds appeared to dry out - as far as i am aware this could then lead to budrot problems.
I told him to check but he is sucha lazy stoner fecker that he probably hasn't done it so just thought i would remind him.

Checked the leaves , tried to pull a few out , all seems well budrot FREE!! i gonna leave till full cycle, cannie wait MMmmm the suspense is killing me, keep it green lads , peace

Let us know the result of your grow wen finished, yeild per plant, quality etc.
