here! - this was pointed out to me by Binary - looks like both their coco products and feeds may well prove worth a twirl! guitar.gif

That FF really does sound top notch stuff - but i doubt i'd pay 12 quid for a sack of compost! pinch.gif
Vlad (the impala)
It would be very tempting to try a grow just using their products........... whistling.gif

Vlad I pointed out before that fertile fibre make and sell SA certified compost and nutrients when the bash biobizz threads were running, no one responded..

The compost is based on coir.
Vlad (the impala)
sorry OT, must have missed it - Binary is obviously more awake! 34.gif

Why not Bish? its certified organic, from renewable resources, no peat, bone meal etc.
Vlad (the impala)
from your experience OT, how well do you think it would work - the compost and their nutrients? - the only thing that springs to my mind is that it may be a bit short of "p" smoke.gif

The price puts me off tbh, but i really do like the sound of the FF range OT.

Right, that's it then. I'll give it a whirl as soon as my new gr is sorted.

Watch this space.

for anyone wanting to "dip a toe", this sounded good -
"For a 10 page booklet and sample of 6 of the composts/products, send £5 (includes £2 delivery) to Fertile Fibre, Tenbury Wells, Worcs. WR15 8LT" smoke.gif

I'd rather buy a sack Vlad, than faff around with a few samples incapable of filling a 6.5l pot wink.gif

Nu Gro Liquid Feed would make a great grow feed as its an = balanced npk it has plenty of P.

You would need to find something else for flowering though with lower nitrogen and phosphate something like 1:2:3 would be good its better for p not to be higher than k at the last.

Bish at 70l its the eq of paying £8 60p a bag for allmix by volume. It might be crap for all I know, I have seen it cheaper in garden centres, If I see it again I might try both the potting and MP to see if its any good. I think I will stay with the bb ferts though.

If you decide to try it before i do, please let me know. I'll have a look for it in the garden centres - though tbh i've yet to see it at any garden centre so far.

I too am sticking with the BB ferts. Can't go wrong.
