I just picked up a new peace of kit i think its cool as but has anyone used it before
its the Wilma 8 plant system

and is it any good, and whats the best to put in the pots i was told coco is good is this true and could i use the canna nuits i have for soil ?

ok i like it coz its hyrdo but theres pots and the fact i dont have to water sounds good to me 2 but going to get a good timer & contackter tomarow when i go for coco or something eless

so that will be the wartering and lights just right i hope and i got my 8" & 4" RVK's for the heat just need the wood and plaster boad to kit out the shead for exter hight cant wate to get it all sorted

nice sisstem,i would use clay balls,canna f/d nutts is good for that typ of sisstem,and run your nutts at EC 18/22..

Hi i got a Wilma too,

Use it now for keeping my mothers in, and its very good for that as a stand alone recirc unit. The connectors and drip fittings are shite, and will block pretty quick. Keep an eye on the through flow of the drippers, as they do block.

With Coco you NEED to use at least 30% perlite or Hydroton, I use the latter in a 60/40 mix. This works well. If you only have Coco you will need a 5min timer. A 15min timer is no good with those drippers, as it floods the medium to much and theres to much saturation of the Coco, its all sinks and the bottom of the square tall pots stays wet. Not good.

With the added Hydroton theres plenty of through flow, and i have the bottom couple of inches of the pots in Hydroton only. Have a look at VRG's threads and how he does his pots for Coco. Works well. I would think that 100% Hydroton may be good too.

Also stay off the Vita Link nutes with that system and Coco, there soo much salts in them they clog in weeks, and leave a hard deposit everywhere. Canna nutes are cool..

Hi, i use the same kind of feeding method cheesy and i found it better to build it my self with pipe, small pump and a drill for the holes. i use cocco and clay pebbles or ceramis. find these a good mixture.

Here's a few tips I picked up here at UK420. Get the Digital timers from Argos, tip came from G-WHIZ, 2 for a tenner. The contactor you can build yer sell, there's a thread there for a DIY contactor with pics it's really good and a cost of a few quid I wouldn't use plaster board m8, that's what I did first grow, the plasterboard became DAMP and my buds ended up wi mold. The next room I built is completely BLACK and WHITE plastic, I got a roll for £30 25meters. I was using my spare bedroom and now one of the walls has damp. It's now drying out since I built the new room.

but this grow isnt going the way i wanted it i sort of f@#k up coz i tuk the cutings wile in flowering they were suposed to be biger by now so how i have to flower them off and there realy small and i have to move house in 2005 for a few months so thats y am flowering now but hopefully i will end up with some bud to
