Hi all, Im going to put up a few pics of my Wee veg area, hope you like em.
Well my dear old furry friend left me at the begining of January and his house lay empty for a wee while before i hatched the plan to use it for bringing on me seeds and cuttings, Im sure he dont mind a bit.
There is actually enough room to veg around 30 plants for a few weeks before they move under the HPS.
Well the set up is this, Its 1.3mt Long, 0.55mt High, 0.5mt deep (aprox), It has 2 industrial type pc fans with one suckin in and one suckin oot, All electrics hidden at the back, For lights we have 2 x 125watt envirolights with nice big reflectors, Youl notice on the pics that i kicked off with one light but wasnt long before the other was added, Any heat that is required is supplied by an oil filled rad underneath the hutch.
Well heres all the pics.

This is the Hutch before i got to work with a scrubbing brush n bleach sick.gif
Nemesis
Hole has been bored for one of the fans wink.gif
Nemesis
One of the fans being tried for size before being wired up, Because these are from an industrial server they are 240volt and just plug right inti the juice.
Nemesis
In this pic you can see that iv given the inside a few coats of white and drilled several holes in the bottom, This is to let the heat in from the oil radiator and also lets any excess water etc run out, Though not on top of the radiator hopfully whistling.gif
Nemesis
Here are one of the Envirolights with reflector, nice, love those enviros.
Nemesis
In this one we can see the wireing being done by my capable assistant Fraz, wacko.gif
Nemesis
Now its taking shape, This is before i added the other light.
Nemesis
"ITS ALIVE, ITS ALIVE", Muhahahahaha.
Nemesis
These are SS AK47 seeds all snug in their new home, No they arent all mine half went over to Fraz, Did i mention i got 100% germ rate with my seeds 13.gif
Nemesis
In this one you can see the HI-TEC shelving system in full operation, Still have only the one Enviro when this pic was taken.
You can just about make out the seedlings as well, Did i tell you that i had 100% germ rate.
Nemesis
Right, Now we are cooking, You can see the difference that extra light makes, nuke.gif
Nemesis
Nice close up of an AK seedling, Did i tell you that lol.gif
Nemesis
Youd never know whats going on in there whistling.gif
Vincent Vega

MDP
yeah looks the dogs danglies m8 thumbsup.gif
can i make a suggestion bout your radiator tho m8? i will anyway...
i`d reckon if you made a box big enuf to fit the rad in & make it tall enuf to sit snuggly under the holes of your growspace, then it should save aload of heatloss wink.gif

it`s a cracking bit of diy buddy, look forward to seeing those `100% germinating ak47`s` grow up 60.gif

That's doozy Action Man. Top job! biggrin.gif

What are the temps like when it's all running?
Nemesis
Nigfis: Temps are great, Allways between 65f-85f, When winter comes ill just get more heat around the box.

Stoner: Thanks man, Glad you like it.

MDP: That might be an idea for me when the temps do drop.

Thanks all.

Here are some pics iv taken tonight, All these are clones of the seeds i germinated, Did i mention them, lol.gif, sorry, Anyhow that lot are 3 weeks into flower under the big Saturday Nights and all you see in these pics are from cuttings.
Nemesis
Here is one with the lights off, wink.gif
Nemesis
And heres a close up of the larger clones, sorcerer.gif

That looks a great idea, I'm going to nick your idea on the radiator. I put mine on the back wall, don't get a very good heat distribution there, dunno what I was thinking of. 34.gif

Plants are looking good, good luck. thumbsupsmileyanim.gif
