(G13 x C99)

Vin: 2004
Type:
Indica/Sativa mix
Maturation: 55-60 days from induction
Height/stretch: medium
Yield: medium
Description: General's Daughter is a cross of G13 x Cinderella 99.
An easy growing, balanced indica/sativa F1 hybrid with sugar-frosted buds
and a terrific "sweet and sour" taste. Matures 55 days after induction.

Additional notes:
The first release, in 2002, of General's Daughter was a cross of a '97
vintage G13 x Northern Lights bred by the California breeder NCGA,
and a '99 vintage Cinderella 99, which is a Jack Herer hybrid stabilized
by another American breeder, Soul.

The resulting cross gave this hybrid its reputation for ultra-potent, sugar-coated
buds with the great taste of Cinderella and the strong, Magic Carpet ride-like
high of G13.
However, I felt the Northern Lights in the mother detracted from GD's strengths,
muffled them somewhat, and also added unnecessary instability to its phenotype
due to the F2 nature of the cross.

This new release of GD uses the original pure G13 as the breeding mother
with the same '99 vintage Cinderella father.

The pure G13 was obtained through the remarkable cannabis sex-reversal work
being pioneered in Holland and Canada right now, in particular by a Canadian
breeder Stonpony, who successfully reversed and seeded the legendary "Airborne"
clone of G13, creating viable female seeds which are exact genetic replicas
of the original clone.

Unlike the G13nl mother used in the first release of GD, the G13 mother
has beautiful stature, strong vigour, and stability of phenotype.

It has made an outstanding breeding mother, imparting each of these traits
to this new release of GD, as well as slightly increased potency.

Easy to grow, quick to flower, a good yielder and snow-white buds - what
else is there to say?

Hi,
I grew out the original GD - and still have a favorite mother from them. I found that there were several phenotypes. Will the new release be the same or will they be more stable?
Here are a couple of pix of a GD on the go now - day 42.

How long did you veg those beauties for??? I am currently growing the 2004 vintage, and will be setting them into flower shortly. I have a lanky pheno and a bushy one. They have been grown from seed and are nearly 14 weeks old (9" tall).
That is some harvest you're gonna have on your hands. I better come round and help out

That is one plant - vegged for about 4 weeks. It is a lanky type pheno, but it has very dense buds - so is a surprisingly good yeilder for a lanky plant. It makes the best bubble hash that anyone I know has ever had!

Managed to blag nine cuttings that had already been rooted and in 4" pots with a standard garden compost. Immediately transplanted in 12"pots using standard garden compost.
9 of these lovely ladies were placed in the harem, (1mx1mx2.1m stealth box). 600w MH for vegging, 18/6 cycle, 28 days later and feeding bio grow at alternate waterings these ladies who fragrance remind me of

are currently standing at 64cms. Gonna try to push them out to 75cm. Reckon another 2 to 3 days before I can replace with a 600wS. Sorry no pics at the moment, maybe possible for the harvest?
First time personal relationship with this lady, but have sampled her wares.......awe inspiring......bosh!!!
Will post between now and then! To keep you updated on their progress.
