Hi All,
This plant turned up in my garden last year. I don't know what it is so I let it grow. It's now gone into flowering. Does anyone know what this is?
Thanks

Its one of the euphorbias, I think its the Caper spurge (Euphorbia lathyris)
The sap will blister you if you get it on your skin.
It was used as an organic method of keeping moles away from vegetable beds in kitchen gardens. A line of them was planted surrounding the veg area, the roots exude the same sap if broken, moles digging through the roots would get sap on their nose.
