what it means is that out of ten plants grown one of them showed slight signs of deviation of only one undeveloped first male flower on an all female plant.
The other 9 were all females.
So thats ONE undeveloped male flower on ONE of the plants.
EDIT: Spelling

Hello,
Nice of the breeder to include some information, better than nothing I suppose, though if his statistical knowledge is on a par with his knowledge of botany, I would use them as budgie food. (He/She claims 99.9% of the plants will be female, his empirical data seems to disprove that)
The detail that would worry me most is the 'breeder' in question, has, in his scientific rigour, tested TEN of the seeds. That's plain silly.
Hope your plants go well though.
