It is a pretty subjective subject. I have grown most of the sensi seed bank, Green house and Dutch Passion catalogue. None of them are in what I class as potent cannabis. Thats only my opinion and for sure does not coincide with most peoples opinion. If a white weed rocks your world, thats fine for you, I don’t see what your problem is.
Are there any comercially available seeds that grow plants which produce what you class as potent cannabis?

No not that I have tried many recently. The Dutch gene pool has deteriorated so badly over the last few years, its pretty sad really. There are little blips when they import a new blood line but every thing good about it is usually lost within a year or so of improvement.
I get given so many seeds that I don’t tend to waste my time on Dutch genetics. I thought that C99 and romberry were ok but not keeper standard. The sample of GD I tried was not to bad, but I have not gotten round to growing any my self. I have not tried bauds C99, but if its close to the original its has a nice light indica stone not sat as they say it is. Saying that some people freak on it because it has a little lift.
There is some interesting breeding work going on in Spain also in NZ and Auz. I’m hoping to see some interesting results from all of them in the coming years. There are other breeders working on some interesting lines in the states, hoping for some interesting things from there in the next 6 months to a year.
I have not tried anything from the Flying Dutchman or paradise, a couple of vars I tried from Sagarmatha and serious were totally boring.
Sorry mate I know I’m being totally useless here but thats how it is as far as I’m concerned.
You can still get original C99 from HS but to be quite honest they are not worth US $150, unless you are going to use them in a breeding project of your own..
So very sorry I can’t help.
edited to add, these comments are from my criteria of selection. They are not in line with most peoples opinion on the subject. But you did ask what I thought.
