Hi all,
I'm wondering what everyone opions are regarding using a foliar feed/spary during veg and bloom. I did a quick search through the various posts/FAQs and there is a little but conflicting info( Hope I didn't miss anyone's posts here - please point out if so!) .. so I though I'd raise a specific thread.. I'm a hydro person myself hence the Q&A group here. Anyway...

I was thinking during veg phase folair feeds/sprays are a good thing, perhaps best if pure water but at least most of the products ppl use won't hurt. I'm trying a new product called "jump start" from Advanced Nutrients and I think I'm a believer.. I did seem to accelerate and stabilise a batch of 16 clones I recentally tried it on... nothing spectacular but noticable speed increase (9-12 days root showing vs 12-17 norm.)

But, during bloom phase does everyone think foliar spraying is a good thing?
I was thinking perhaps for first 20-30 days but then NOT thereafter... it seems to promote chance bud rot & negates slightly a (IMHO) thickening up of the trichrome density. I know there are a lot of other variables to consider but bare with the poor presentation of the topic and let rip on anything foliar..?

So what do other people think ? anyone foliar feed right up to harvest? what sprays? I know there are mother2clone prep sprays (rhizo etc..) but in this case I mean stricly end product tokables. (I suppose there are pesticide considerations too... Been v lucky and not had to treat anything myself yet.. - ) Does OT1 use any sprays ...? smile.gif

Thnks all
