TOKIN TARQUIN
hi all

i just thought id mention my watering regime to you all for some advice
ive been reading other posts and i seem to be using a lot more water
i have my plants in 5ltr tom pots and am roughly giving 2ltr per plant every 3 to 4 days
for instance last night i decided they was still wet enough but when i went up this morning before lights out the allmix had turned light brown and showing signs of needing watering - however when i water i am using nearly 2ltr- (id say about 9 ltrs for the 5plants)- before it runs through
the next night the cap matting is wet but not saturated which i believe is right
i know it depends on enviromental factors as well but 2ltr does seem a lot to me when reading other diaries
i am worried of overwatering but do you think i am letting them get to dry before hand - there doesnt seem to be any sign of wilting
can anyone reassure me - they look healthy although after 2.5 weeks of flowering there is still no signs of buds- im just wondering could i be doing damage at root level with this amount of watering

TT

Water when they are dry, stick your finger to the second joint into the soil and if it's the slightest bit humid wait. When you water water till you get runthrough, wait half an hour and check if the collected water is gone, if so repeat operation if not drain the water away.

Ot1 has described the operation in detailo, it should be easy to find with the search but I'm too lazy right now lol.gif
