cool.gif ive recently just harvested my first crop of sk #1 and the taste and feel of the buds isn't quite right its not bad but it could taste a lotmore skunk like. They look good but smell a bit chemically and are bit airy and soft they have dried out for 5 days in dark kitchen cupboard, they were grown in soil with 250w hps but i think the ventilation in my brick closet wasnt good enough because i had a lot of condensation on the walls when light s went out and the temperature dropped the room only had one small vent at the top for when the heat rises and the room had a twelve inch fan on the same hours as the light but i did notice that humidity in the room was fine when the light was on sabout 40% but when lights went out it got as high as 90% i also used spring water on my plants with a p.h of 7.3 my soil readings were ok normally between 6 and 7 p.h any ideas folks!

yeah skunk 1 is a bit like that but as ossyboy said curing will do wonders.

even a couple off days in a jar and u will smell the skunky overpowering smell.

and then u can get stuck in even tho it would be better to leave it longer, i personally will divi up into small jars and then work my way though it and by the time ur on ur last couple of jars it has been cured for 6-8weeks

i cured mine for about a month or two in jam jars with the lid on, i opened the lid everyday to stop mold. It gave it a good taste...
