Right. not sure if this is the right place for such a thing. But over the last few months I've been reading, thinking (dangerous I know), etc. and realsied that there are many not very well documented experimental ways of getting amazing results. Everything from UV ligths, electrodes stimulation, glucose injection (bigfatwow ? I you read this I want to know more =) )., etc. Now thing is, would be great to have all those obscure tehcniques in one thred. So please if you know of something, even not sure post ti or post al ink to it. Hope this gets a lot of replies as these things have brought amazing results from what I saw.

I reckon its deeper than that! - to me, giving a plant as near optimum conditions that you can, and to feed it organically, even boost it organically is helping a plant to make the best of itself - I reckon the real "boosters" are just making the environment more realistic for them - like adding uv to simulate high altitudes, or encouraging mycchorizal funghi
As to "shocking" plants, or injecting them is to me wandering off into chemical city! If you want more ganja, plant more plants and grow nice happy, unstressed plants -honest, you can see it! - blissed out plants!

howsabout investigating the effect of planting them in time with the moon, or playing them music?
I have a pet loony theory - rose quartz is a very feminine crystal - would a large chunk in the seed/veg room have any effect on the number of females?

i intend to try music to see if it helps, my chilli pepper seeds are next to my stereo under energy saver bulb.

not sure about the glucose idea, i know what too much glucose will do to a person (mrs ped is diabetic), so defo don't think you should obesitise ?? your plants

you gotta wrap the text you wanna quote, so press quote, type the text, then quote again - same with all the tags, you gotta have a tag at either side of the test you want in that style (and if you're using more than one, like bold + italics, at the end you can just click close all tags instead).

one trick i guess that i have employed with all my grows is to keep a fan constantly blowing through the grow chamber.

i have found that this benefits IMO the plants in 3 ways.

1. increased strength of branch limbs
2. reduces the overall smell
3. incresed crystals on leaves

the reason for this I THNK

1. more stress that is placed on the limbs stresses the plant to produce stronger hardier limbs which can handle the wind put over them.
2. i dont know why but i have found this to be the case
3. the crystals are formed to enable the plant to better protect itself from the enviromental stress it is under, kinda like a protective shield.

side notes:- for better results

-keep a detailed dairy/log fo all the major events
-always have a plan of action if for some reason you have to dismantle the grow. -- this includes the neccessary box's you may need to hide your plants in
keep your grow area clean and very tidy

i am sure i could think of some more but nothing that has'nt already been said once before

breathing in their vicinity increases the co2 in the canopy!
