high all hope all had a great weekend! but i found something im going to try out,it's called worm casings,i'm going to try germinating some bag seeds,just to try it out will let ya know if it works,also you can make a "tea" they call it by putting some in a bag and letting it soak then spraying it on w/ an atomizer.
any one tried it yet?

Nope, that just links to some dodgy US based webhosting company.

Worm casings are used pretty extensively in soil growing mate, but I get the impression that they are used mostly as a supplement to a proper compost, as opposed to being used as the sole medium.

No doubt Vlad or OT1 will be along to clarify this, but I doubt if worm poo alone will contain all the necessary nutrients, or in the correct balance to cover all your crops requirements

AFAIK wecan, you won't be able to grow cannabis in worm castings alone.

what i did was in a small pot,put about 3 inches of soil then put about an inch of "worm" and put my seeds in ,covered it and now im waiting for the results,sorry bout my ignorance as im new to growing and trying to do it on a budget to start. spliff.gif

if its from a good source, its wonderful stuff - Allmix contains a fairly hefty dose of it - I seem to remember that its a good balanced fertiliser, that won't "burn" even young plants, but as has already been said, its useful as a component of your compost mix, but you'll still need to supplement with liquid feeds. There are some links around somewhere for some good english suppliers smoke.gif
