I grew one outdoor last year but i was late putting her out, so she never really finished properly come end of september. If we have a summer like last year, i'll definitely put one out again, but earlier this time, & force flower her as opposed to leaving her to nature.

Not ideally suited to outdoor life at all, but what with changing climes here in the UK, who knows what we'll be growing outdoors in years to come wink.gif

I don't think I ever heard of anyone doing her outdoors of yet. It would be interesting to see how she holds up. I've done her indoors on a few occasions, but outdoors would be sweet, as long as weather was going good. But again, I would love to hear about anyone growing her outdoors.

C99 does very well outdoors. It does depend on what part of the world you are growing in. Overall it is an above average yielder when done outside.

Hello people,

I have grown C99 outside and it was plagued by botrytis (bud rot, if I got spelling wrong) and I wouldn't recommend the experience of watching buds rotting; it is the reverse of life. Prey for an indianj summer smile.gif

UB, did you finish C99/blueberry outside in this country? I know someone that would love to know, the only outdoor report he got was from wallyduck in Oz, and it was a reasonable multi-hybrid that he said smelt, 'spewy', probably right smile.gif
