Have you been feeding them at all? Sounds like too much (N).

stupidly used some nutes very early on, but havent for at least 5-6 weeks, they all seemed healthy a week ago. could this still be the prob?? ive repotted them since using the nutes and i only did for a couple of waterings.

Lets start again -
How old are your plants from seed now earlygirl? you're saying that they're only 10-11" tall
You "shouldn't" really need any feed at all for the first 4-5 weeks growing in Allmix, as it holds enough food for at least 4-5 weeks.
And what size pots are they currently in?
Were their roots a healthy white colour when you repotted?

hey, i think that they are about 6-7 weeks old, the pots are about 3'' diameter and the roots looked and still look white furry and healthy. maybe they need fert now or is that a no no?? im stuck

Right, so they're now 6-7 weeks old from seed.
Check
this thread out. They're probably gagging to be repotted into a bigger pot size, if they're not root bound already that is.
Don't feed them anything else, other than their normal watering for now
