Full Version: A Rogue Gorilla In The Bush
UK420 > Cultivation > Outdoor Growing > Guerrilla Grow Diaries

So I'm back, albeit with a different name, its been a long time and random drop ins over the years, but its once more that exceptional time of the year to venture into the wilderness and grow some green goodness.
I owe this grow to UK420 and all the help and advice i have received years ago, and right up to to this moment.

So this year i put in 7, of which 6 are cuttings and 1 is the mother, now in amongst these little beasts i know there is one rogue male waiting to show his colours as of the two plants i mothered and took cuttings from one went - you guessed it, balls up.

No pictures as yet, as I haven't been to the site for a while, but its about time to check it out and report in on the progress.

For those wondering what the? this is an aussie grow and i have watched and admired all you guerilla gardners in the UK and have some real respect. guitar.gif

They are all from some wicked bag seed i got years ago and have grown successive generations. my only fear this year is that i delved into cuttings and not directly from seed and my 6 clones might turn into bastards and yield nothing. But thats not what I am here for, its the thrill, adrenaline and green fingers that keeps me coming back for more.

Peace out, will check in soon with some photos of the plot and hopefully some healthy little bitches to keep you growers interested over winter.

Welcome back dark-d, looking forward to the winter growshow theres little to do but prep the plot and dream of next summer in the UK atm. I'm surprised you're only growing the one variety, I wouldnt be able to resist with a climate like that, most of us here in the UK can only dream of sun like you get in OZ and the growing opportunities it brings.

Good luck for when you visit em, may they be big ass bitches!!
robot chicken
bring it on! Good luck with it bro biggrin.gif

Totally agree with that! After seeing the grow diaries from this year I cant wait to get cut up and stung all over next summer. Inspirational.

Onwards and Upwards.

So went for a bush bash and got some piccys, as i figured there was some dissapointing news, but not all bad.

Found 2 dead and 2 definately males, mustn't have given the clones enough time to root properly and we have had heaps of rain, which might have drowned them.

2 clones were on the not sure list, bit slow growing, might kark it will see if the weather perks them up.

and the mother went hemaph, but thats not so bad, as last year the same thing happened to me and i just let it go and 1 month later all i had was bud sites.

ahwell shite happens. thinking of cracking a few more seeds now, its not too late!

anyway, see the pics for yourself.

cheers for all the kudos treeofsatta, Indicaderek, robot chicken & Dub Bud, hopefully i can fill these cages with some gnarly plants.
