hi,

am growing 2 sk#1 and a la lady all has been great until now really good growth and healthy looking plants. However just lately i have noticed all three drooping,, im sure its not under or over watering because this hasnt happened before and i stick to a watering schedule.

The only thing i have changed is the light. I run out of coverage with my 250w cfl so i am now using a 250 hps (about 8" away) only since i have been using the hps have i noticed the droop.

Has anyone got any ideas or noticed anything like this before?

e2a: plants are about 20" tall, 6 weeks old (still in veg), temp approx 26 deg, RH 48%

you probably need to change your water/feed. id guess the radiated heat will make them thirstier and a few have said on here that plants don't seem to need as much feed with cfl as they do with hps

Hi Scoob,it could be that because the hps is creating more heat than the cfl's your compost is drying out sooner so will need watering more often.
Also your humidity does seem a bit low for vegging so i'd check how dry those pots are.
All the best anyway! thumbsup.gif
