I work in IT so have a google account for sharing google docs, i dont have a u-tube account or other other sites owned by google, i do use the calendaring as the sms reminders are quite useful.

Now i have just logged into google and seen the new dash board thing so decided to take a look at what stuff they were storing and displaying, fuck me - they have created a u-tube account via my google one, made info publicly accessible - i *think* that includes what videos i watched (outside grow one for example plus ones posted/linked here) - you can change these setting and privacy options but by default they are all open.

I knew about the web history stuff and disabled that ages ago but i suggest everyone goes to their google account and looks at the dashboard and go through all of the sites listed and make sure the privacy options are as you want them and not wide open.

Same here HG i was just thinking its internet explorers fault ,but now i see it Google feking with us. Sometime i find it usefull but sometime it stores 420 page ,dont like that even its my personal computer...cant imagine if i was on work ,id be a bit pissed too
