The time has come to get some more seeds, and I fancy a change. Been thinking about a cheese, but which one is best? I know it's all subjective, but would love some imput to help me decide. So, will it be, BB Cheese, BB Blue Cheese or GH Cheese?

Big Bhudda Blue Cheese is the best tasting weed I've ever grown. Anyone who tried it - or even smelled it agreed with me. Not the best yield though.

What are the cheese strains like for a beginner in compost...? Anything that needs to be looked out for apart from general care and attention..?
toastedsuppy
can you get hold of the uk cheese clone? if so go with that, if not bb blue cheese as already mentioned wink.gif

Me neither. Need fem seeds and will grow in compost. I want what everyone wants - that elusive easy to grow, short flowering time, good taste and effect and heavy yield! rofl.gif But has anyone ever found it?

spliff.gif Green house cheese is really impressive!

I've had greenhouse cheese and barneys farm blue cheese.

Both superb if you ask me. The blue cheese was seriously stinky... i mean it would stink through two thick baggies and stink the whole fuckin car up and everything. you walk and there is a blue cheese stink following you... the greenhouse cheese wasn't so bad but a nice nice smoke.

I'm sure people will come along and say they don't compare to the real UK CHEESE but you can't get those in seed form so it's not even a comparison.

Hi I thought Big Buddha and Greenhouse Cheese are exactly the same strain, I think gh produce feminised seeds for bb as well. Infact check this link to youtube.

Ive literatlly just germinated some blue cheese but have never grown before so cannot commment on what its like or how good it is, all I know is people speak highly of it. Going to need some good odor controll.

has any 1 tryed bb bubble cheese is it any good i've been told its a bit hard to grow out any thoughts or would i be better off going for the blue cheese
Halfatree
I've read on here that BB Cheese was very good when it 1st came out... But couple of years down the line, not as good as it once was...

That could be why it is now harder to grow.

Just a quick update. In the end I decided to go for GH Lemon Skunk! GH Cheese was out of stock.
happybonobo
People says that cheese is nothing else than skunk/1 ,as in many seed cathalogues, but when I tried some different skunk/1 it has never come close to gh cheese. I found GH to not being too homogeneous but some of the phenos are monsters hard, resistent and easy to care for. unlike others one day you look at them and you know that are truly ready for chop. actually their asking for it.bloody morish too...
of all strains that was the one I liked the most

the original exodus cheese is a skunk1 pheno, and its clone only, the GH an BB cheese are the og cheese crossed with an afghani then back crossed 5 times, so BB says anyway. it is nothing like the original exodus cheese though.
greenhouses version is big buddhas version just they feminized it for him so are selling femmed versions of BB cheese, so there should be no or lil difference between them
they should grow outdooors ok but ive never tried, it depends where u live an if there is any sun.

oh an as for them smelling like cheese then if you get good plants in bb or gh versions then i think they smell as much like cheese as weed can, its quit a sweet cheesey smell though. the original exodus cheese doesnt really smell like cheese its jus a skunky musky stench but it really fuckin stinks so thats why it was called cheese
hippyjonny
TGA seeds do one called dairy queen which has got cheese in it. I think its crossed with cindy 99. Tastes meant to be like cheese but with a tropical twist to it from the cindy. Also dampkring classics/kiwi seeds do a cheese haze which uses a NL5/haze male. I'm not sure whether thats crossed with the exodus cut or the big budda one though where as TGA uses the original exo cut deffo. Anyway , just some more cheeses to ponder.

Oh yeah, soma do so gouda aswell which i think is a blue chees g13 haze cross. I havn't tried any of these so cant comment but they sound good n are worth looking into. Only had bb cheese n blue cheese before which are both very tasty.
