well it's time to upgrade my monitor and the darling wife has agreed to get me one for Christmas, so i have about £200 max to play with,
i've got a 17" tft and i'd really would like a 22" tft, any ideas

for an extra few 100 you can get a box with it.

hi bro. Asus do a 24 inch full 1080p monitor with hdmi input for about 180 squids. i got one and its a fuckin ace..

Some small HD tv's will double up as a monitor, so you get an extra tele.... plus if your video cards up to it you could also later buy a bluray drive for it (extra 80 odd notes)

don't really like Dell, not sure why either, just look shite and there's better for the money imo but thanks for the reply


i wish i had the room for a 24" but no a 22" will leave enough room for my Roll tray and ash tray

there's some LG and Samsung lcds with built in digital tuners on the big web place that does books that look pretty pretty tasty. All around the 200 quid mark.

I just got an iiyama 22 inch prolite and it rocks

I stare at 2 of the 19" all day - had them for years - only irritation is one of them has decided not to wake up in the morning and needs me to press 'input' on it about 5 times before it decides to stay on.

I'm a sucker for viewsonic tbh, they never fail and used to win monitor of the year awards. im sure they still prolly win alot of awards even today, quality build quality long lasting monitors.
