Just a quickie about silicon additives.
On both of the brands i've used in the past, the instructions state (more or less) fill res 75%...mix silicon in plain water...add...then fill the res to capacity with fresh water.
Am I then supposed to adjust the ec back up to desired level....or leave as is? (which would be a lot lower)
