just a quick question i have a mate that has a couple cfls set up in his growroom, he has a 250watt red cfl and a 125 blue cfl only problem is that he has tested the temps and its saying 41c is this two high or is it ok? this is at the top of the tent where the heat is escaping! sorry if this is a stupid questiuon but he doesnt want to kill the plants with the heat.

what extractions 'HE' using...

needs to take the temp under the canopy .. 26-28c is ideal lights on .. 16-18c lights of .. 41c too hot but thats under the canopy

edit ito add .. i mean the thermometre needs to be beneath the canopy

I've got three thermometres in the tent Top, middle and bottom.

yer that temp is at the top of the room so where the heat is escaping from. i will move the thermometer down tonight when i see him to plant height and check that. i shall make surte he know its 24-28 temp in there.
