Hi, I've got some buds that are unfinished, they dont have many crystals on but have a few hairs, is it worth trimming them to make hash? They arn't that sticky either?

cheers then.

alright greenjade.

better off finishing the plants cycle if their still on the plant.

sounds like you'd not get much hash from your buds nor potency.

you get out what you put in (numerous crystals=good hash)

They had to come in they were outdoors, and mould was starting to get to them sad.gif

Ive got shit loads, is there a way of making oil on a large scale? as all the methods ive seen involve small amounts.

Just scale it up. Buy a gallon of iso, put the buds in your largest saucepan, pour the iso in, leave for 30-60 secs, pour through a strainer and finally through coffee filters. Or you can stuff a pillow case with buds and pour the iso through, allowing it to strain into three separate pans. The first pan will collect the first 30 seconds of drainage for the lightest grade, then move over to the second pan for a couple of minutes and finally leave over the third pan for a few hours, to collect the dregs. Squeeze the pillow case over the third pan if you like, so long as you are wearing protective gloves. Finally run each grade separately through coffee filters. Sadly, I've never had enough bud to ever have to use such techniques.
