Just wondered who does what, lights on day or night, or dependant on summer/winter ?

Also what are the pro's and cons ??

I grow in my bedroom.

Run my light (600) during the day that enables me to pot about.

Pluss my fans are controlled and at night I can turn them down and also get a sleep.

My 250w is on during the day, my 400w at night.
Personal preference really.
