Hey guys n gals, I'm looking to make a multiple plant bubbler using a long rectangular bucket much like an nft400 tank. Question is, can I continue using the canna nutes I used in my nft setup? And, is it true the ec has to be lower in a bubbler, if so how much lower?? What's the highest and lowest ec during veg/flower? Anyone point me out to any diaries?? I am running a bubbler system and I am working to these PPM levels.

0-5-10 - For Vegetative cycle (18/6)
0-8-16 - For Flowering cycle (12/12)

These are the mixes of Micro and Bloom in ml/US gal (from the GH flors series, note no grow formula addition), in that order to give the following concentrations. ie 5ml of Micro and 10ml of bloom for every US gal in the system to get full strength of nutrients.

For Veg cycle a ppm of around about 850 (from 0ppm with RO water. Younger plants start off at 1/2 strength and slowly increase).
And for flowering cycle a ppm of about 1326 (max of 1600 from 0 again with RO water).

I know these ppm levels are ok with GH nutrients to give the correct plant requirements, and are transposable to other nutrients. Do a search for Lucas formula and the info is there, to see if you can use your existing nutrients (I think you can).

dude let your ec meter do the work , if the ec rises its to strong , if it drops it aint strong enough

start your well rooted 3 inch cubes at 1.0 ec and read the res to see when they want it changed some folks dont get on with canna think its the water tbh

if you have them try them they maybe fine but if you start hjavin probs then that maybe why

would u say 1,8 is too high or is that wher i should be peaking??

1.8 is the max i go to normally , this being around week 5 of flower

slowly building up to this , then back down
